You can open any book about management or leadership and sooner or later, there will be a whole article on the importance of trust in the team. Usually it's easier said than done. Reasons why it does not work are mostly the same. You can not build trust in whole organization if you do not know how to work with transparency, candor and honesty. Because being "just" transparent and honest in the CEO statement is not enough. It's about radical change of perspective in the whole company. Your first try will fail, other tries may succeed. Let's do the first step together.
